Caitlin McCain holds a Certified General Appraisal License in North and South Carolina, as well as the MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Caitlin graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management (Property Management Major).
In 2021, she earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Childress Klein Center for Real Estate at the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
She earned a Registered Trainee Appraisal License at the age of eighteen in Delaware and Maryland.
Since moving to Charlotte, Caitlin has become involved in the North Carolina Appraisal Institute, UNCC Alumni for Commercial Real Estate Board, CREW Charlotte, and Urban Land Institute.
She currently resides in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte with her dog Mabel.
