Thomas Harris, Jr. founded the real estate valuation and consultation firm, T.B. Harris, Jr. & Associates in 1979 where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2018.
In addition to holding the MAI designation, he is also a member of The Counselors of Real Estate and past chairman of the local chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
He is a proud graduate of Duke University and is actively involved in the Charlotte community previously serving on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Metropolitan YMCA.
Mr. Harris splits his time between Charlotte, NC, and Beaufort, SC with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Thomas Harris, Jr. brings 48 years of experience as a business leader to the Cooper McCain team. He is a State Certified General Appraiser in North & South Carolina. He is also a licensed broker in North & South Carolina.
