William McCain founded the real estate valuation and consultation firm, W.R. McCain & Associates in 1988 where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2020.
He is actively involved in the Eastern Shore community previously serving on the Wicomico County Council and Past Board Chairman for Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
He also served as past Board Chair on the Corporate Board for YMCA of the Chesapeake. William is a proud member of the Wicomico Rotary Club where he was awarded Rotarian of the Year in 1997 and splits his time between Salisbury, MD, and Charlotte, NC with his wife, daughters, and grandson.
William McCain brings 35 years of experience as a business leader to the Cooper McCain team. He is a State Certified General Appraiser in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia and holds the MAI designation.
