Kirstin Kramlich is a licensed North Carolina Certified General Appraiser, also holding a North Carolina Brokers License. Relocating to the General Charlotte Area in 2014, she found her new home and embarked on a journey that shaped her career.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Kirstin graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Economics and acquired her initial Real Estate Licensure upon graduation. Her passion for market analysis, architectural design, and urban development has been evident since her youth.
Kirstin is an active member of the North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition. She and her husband, Seth Kramlich, a motorsports enthusiast, along with their spirited canine companion, Captain Kirk, reside in the serene countryside in Iredell County.
