Marshall McArdle
Registered Traine
Marshall McArdle is a native of Northern Virginia, raised just outside of Washington, D.C. His early exposure to the real estate industry began by accompanying his father, a Certified Residential Appraiser, on property inspections. These experiences sparked his interest in the field from a young age.
Marshall is currently enrolled in the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program for the 2025-2026 academic year. Prior to moving to Charlotte, Marshall graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in marketing management. Through his undergraduate studies, Marshall developed a strong foundation in market analysis and consumer behavior, equipping him with valuable insights into real estate markets and strategic decision-making.
Marshall began his career with Cooper+McCain in July of 2023 as a Registered Trainee and obtained his Certified General Appraiser license in July of 2025. He currently resides in Charlotte’s Optimist Park neighborhood with his three-year-old rescue pit bull, Draco. Outside of his professional pursuits, Marshall enjoys spending his time at the gym, going on coffee walks with his dog, and spending quality time with family and friends.
